At Life of Riley, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely package the item in its original protective wrapping and box to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
